随着化工生产过程规模化、自动化程度的提高,安全仪表系统(SIS)在安全生产中的作用越来越凸出,如何提高SIS的安全完整性及系统可用性显得尤为重要.首先通过分析SIS中故障安全型的定义,确定SIS故障时的安全状态;然后逐一分析不同类型测量仪表的故障失效模式,辨识危险失效和安全失效状态,继而确定测量仪表的故障安全设置.简要分析了逻辑控制器的故障安全组态和最终元件的安全位置,对安全仪表功能(SIF)回路完整的故障安全组态,给出了具体实施方法.仪表的故障安全型设置需要设计、制造、施工、调试每个环节层层把关,才能交付满足安全要求的工程项目.
Fault Safety Setting of Safety Instrumented System
With the scale and automation of chemical production process,the role of safety instrumented system(SIS)in safety production is becoming more prominent.It is particularly important to improve the safety integrity and system availability of SIS.Firstly,the definition of fault safety type in SIS is analyzed to determine the safety status of SIS in case of faults.Then the failure modes of different types of measuring instruments are analyzed,dangerous failure and safe failure states are identified,and the fault safety settings of the measuring instruments are determined.The fault safety configuration of the logic controller and the safe position of the final component are briefly analyzed,specific implementation methods are provided for the complete fault safety configuration of the SIF loop.The fault safety setting of the instrument requires careful review at every stage of design,manufacturing,construction,and commissioning in order to deliver engineering projects meeting safety requirements.
