Research on Digitalization Technology to Create Leak-free and Odorless Devices
The refining and chemical industry is a high-risk industry with high temperature,high pressure,flammability,and explosiveness,and its safety and environmental protection level determines the industry's competitiveness level.Aiming at the difficulty of the leakage prevention and control solution for high-temperature oil and gas inaccessible flange sealing points,a solution is proposed to create leak-free and odorless refining plants based on the integration of new generation intelligent technology and the concepts of leak-free,odor free,green and low-carbon.The solution can avoid unplanned shutdown or partial shutdown for defect elimination,and can significantly improve the efficiency of facility and equipment operation and production performance of enterprises,further technical supporting for green and high-quality development of enterprises can be provided.
