目的 系统评价和整合护理专业学生参与安宁疗护实践体验的质性研究,以为更好的开展安宁疗护教育提供依据。 方法 计算机检索中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普数据库、万方医学数据库、Cochrane Library、Embase、Web of Science、PubMed中关于护生参与安宁疗护实践体验的质性研究,检索时限从建库至2023年2月。运用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准对纳入文献质量进行评价。采用汇集性整合方法进行结果整合。 结果 共纳入16篇文献,提炼出46个主要的研究结果,归纳成9个新类别,形成4个整合结果:为患者及其家属提供安宁疗护服务;护理临终患者的情感体验;应对负性体验,收获个人成长;需求与困境。 结论 护生在参与安宁疗护实践时经历多重情感体验,且渴望多方面帮助与支持,建议管理者重视护生内心体验和需求,完善我国安宁疗护教育,以提高护生临终照护能力。 Objective To systematically evaluate and integrate the qualitative research of nursing students participating in hospice care practice experience, to provide a basis for the better development of hospice care education. Methods A computer search was conducted on the China national knowledge infrastructure, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, VIP database, Wanfang Medical Database, Cochrane Library, Embase, Web of Science, and PubMed for qualitative research on nursing students' participation in hospice care practices. The search period was from the establishment of the database to February 2023. The quality of the included literature was evaluated using the qualitative research quality evaluation criteria of the Australian JBI Evidence Based Health Care Center. A aggregative integration method was used for result integration. Results A total of 16 articles were included, and 46 major research results were extracted and summarized into 9 new categories, forming 4 integrated results: providing hospice care services for patients and their families emotional experience of nursing dying patients coping with negative experience and harvesting personal growth needs and difficulties. Conclusions Nursing students experience multiple emotional experiences in hospice care practice, and are eager to help and support in various aspects. It is suggested for managers to pay attention to the inner experience and needs of nursing students, improve hospice care education in China, and improve the end-of-life care ability of nursing students.
