摘要
慢性病反复发作、进展缓慢，且慢性病患者在治疗过程中常伴有生活节律改变、活动能力下降及并发症的困扰等压力。积极的社会心理因素在慢性病的发展中发挥重要作用，而个人掌控感作为个体自我管理和压力应对的重要保护性心理资源，对于患者预后生命质量的提高具有重要意义。该文主要对慢性病患者个人掌控感测评工具、影响因素及干预措施进行综述，旨在为临床护理人员制订并实施慢性病患者积极心理干预策略提供借鉴。 Chronic diseases occur repeatedly and progress slowly, and patients with chronic diseases are often accompanied by pressure such as changes in life rhythm, decreased activity ability and complications during treatment.Positive psychosocial factors play an important role in the development of chronic diseases, and the personal mastery, as an important protective psychological resource for individual self-management and stress coping, is of great significance for the improvement of patients′ prognosis and quality of life.This article mainly reviews the influencing factors and intervention measures of personal control in patients with chronic diseases, aiming at providing reference for clinical nursing staff to develop and implement positive psychological intervention strategies for patients with chronic diseases.
Abstract
