Study on the Development of New Quality Productivity from the Perspective of Humanistic Economics
The basic connotation of new quality productivity(NQP)is the leap of workers,labor materials,labor objects and their optimized combinations.It is characterized by innovation,which needs rational and inclusive humanistic spirit to stimulate innovative potential.The intermediary link between the humanistic economics and the NQP is productive relations,including productive material ownership,modes of distribution and economic relationship between people.We need to inherit and carry forward the humanistic spirit in the combination of Marxism and the fine traditional Chinese culture,so as to promote the smooth circulation of advanced and high-quality labor materials with the common concept of"all under heaven is equal"based on the ownership of the means of production.In terms of income distribution,the sharing idea concerned with"equalizing the rich and the poor"is used to encourage the enthusiasm of laborers for innovation and creation.In the economic relationship between people,the concept about co-governance with people of"equal social status"should be advocated to realize the optimal combination of factors about the NQP.Taken together,these three aspects will create a powerful cultural force for the development of the NQP.
