Research on the Influencing Factors of Organizational Resilience of Small and Medium-sized Tourism Enterprises Based on DEMATEL-ISM-MICMAC Approach
Exploring the organizational resilience of small and medium-sized tourism enterprises helps enhance their ability to respond to external shocks and market fluctuations,thereby strengthening sustained development and competitiveness of the enterprises.Through a literature review and expert interviews,this study reveals the key factors influencing the organizational resilience of small and medium-sized tourism enterprises and analyzes the logical relationships between these factors using the DEMATEL-ISM-MICMAC method.Leadership is identified as the fundamental driving factor,and it is crucial for shaping the enterprise's ability to respond to challenges.Factors such as organizational structure,collaboration,employee development,and organizational culture play significant roles in accelerating decision-making,improving execution efficiency,and promoting cross-departmental collaboration.Government support provides the necessary resources and policy environment for the enterprises.In summary,enhancing leadership,optimizing organizational structure,and fully leveraging government support can effectively strengthen the organizational resilience of small and medium-sized tourism enterprises to cope with market challenges and uncertainties.
