金工实习开放式教学探析

摘要
金工实习是培养学生实践操作技能的良好平台,但传统的教学方式已不能适应现阶段人才培养的要求.结合金工实习教学的特点,从组织形式、实习内容、教学方法及实习管理等方面进行改革,实行开放式教学,注重学生综合素质及创新能力的培养,为造就高水平航空维修人员打下坚实的基础.
Abstract
Metal working practice is the operation platform to cultivate practice skills and ability for students. But the traditional teaching method can not adapt to the present talent training requirement. For the characteristics of metal working practice teaching, the paper proposes the teaching reform of the organizational form, practice contents, teaching methods, practice management, etc. Open teaching is implemented. Comprehensive quality and innovative ability training of students are paid attention to. The solid foundation for building up the high level aviation maintenance personnel is founded.
