摘要
使用西门子可编程逻辑控制器S7-200的CPU224、组态软件MCGS、遥控无线开关、5个步进电机和1个水泵等,设计了用于教学的搬运机械手及控制系统.机械手能接收遥控器和PC机的命令,通过CPU224提供的两路PTO(pulses train output)信号控制步进电机实现5个自由度的运动.该设备已经在教学中得到应用,并取得良好的效果.
Abstract
Based on the Seimens S7-200 CPU 224, MCGS, wireless switch, step motors, water pump, etc. , a handling robot for education was designed. The CPU 224 offers pulses train output to control five motors. The operator can move the robot by person computer and remote control. This apparatus has been used in teaching and a good effect has been obtained.
