摘要
借鉴MIT、欧林及国内高校经验,提出新工程人才知识思维、个人品质、领导才能三维能力内涵,从"平台+模块+项目"的人才培养模式、"基础+应用+综合创新"三级能力培养体系、实验/实践教学课程体系、多元化实践活动、实践基地建设、机制与保障等方面进行探索,创新二段式毕业实习、未来E星计划、综合竞赛实践模式,建立无线产业众创空间、校企协同实习基地、虚拟企业实验室、创新创业教学中心等平台,形成一套依托政府产业学科优势开展电子信息类创新创业工程人才培养的多层次、模块化、研究性实践教学体系改革,取得一定成效.
Abstract
By referring to the experience from MIT ,Olin College and domestic colleges and universities ,this paper proposes the 3D ability connotation of knowledge thinking ,personal quality and leadership ability for the new engineering talents .From the following aspects :the"Platform+module+project" training mode ,the three-levels' ability training system of"Basics+application+comprehensive innovation",the curriculum system for the experimental and practical teaching ,the diversified practical activities ,the practical base construction ,the mechanism ,the guarantee system ,etc ., the exploration is carried out .The two-sections' graduation practice ,the E-star future plan and the comprehensive competition practical model are innovated . The platforms such as the mass entrepreneurship space for the wireless industry ,the university-enterprise cooperation practical base , the virtual enterprise laboratory , the innovation and entrepreneurship teaching center ,etc .,are established .A set of the multi-level ,modular and research-based practical teaching system which relies on the advantages of the government industry disciplines for the training of the innovative and entrepreneurial engineering talents in the electronic information majors is formed , and the certain results are achieved .
