摘要

新一轮技术革命的典型特征是多学科的交叉融合,通过多学科交叉融合培养创新人才是摆在全国高校面前的重要任务,是新工科建设的重要内容,这将推进高校教学改革的发展.华北电力大学工程训练中心结合学校学科优势,在多学科交叉融合构建创新人才培养模式方面开展了多年的探索,取得了良好的成效,积累了一定的经验.

Abstract

The typical feature of the new round of technological revolution is the interdisciplinary integration. Therefore,cultivating innovative talents through interdisciplinary integration is an important task for colleges and universities throughout the country,and is the important content of the construction of new engineering. For this reason,a new wave of teaching reform will be set off in colleges and universities.In combination with the university disciplinary advantage,the Engineering Training Center of North China Electric Power University has been exploring for many years the construction of the training mode for innovative talents by interdisciplinary integration,which has achieved good results and accumulated some experience.
