基于数据融合的高校化学品实时管理体系构建

高校化学品使用具有种类多、单品存量小、专业覆盖面广、存储区域分散等特征,实时记账、科学分类存储难以落实,给高校实验室带来重大安全隐患。某高校将数据融合技术引入化学品管理体系,实现从购置源头到使用过程、处置末端的全数据管理,完成了"一体两翼多支点"式化学品管理软、硬件平台建设,包括化学品申购云商城及全过程管理云平台、院级试剂库及校级危废暂存库、智能化学品存储柜。在抽取数据特征、实现全数据融合的基础上,以"二维码"为核心,建成了"扫码开门、扫码存储、及时称量、自动记账"的化学品实时管理体系。
Construction of real-time chemical management systems in colleges and universities based on data fusion
[Objective]Concerning interdisciplinary research,the use of chemicals in colleges and universities is expanding,presenting considerable challenges for standardized management.National laws and regulations require stringent verification and registration systems for importing and exporting hazardous chemicals,ensuring control throughout their use cycle.This includes maintaining records from purchase requests to receipt,use,recovery,and destruction,which ensures consistency between inventory materials and usage records.However,managing chemicals in colleges and universities is complicated by practical factors such as multiple usage types,small stock of single products,wide professional coverage,and dispersed storage areas.These factors make real-time accounting,scientific classification,and storage in the actual management process difficult.Therefore,to address the challenge of building a chemical cloud platform based on data fusion,aligning with national requirements and the specific needs of schools is essential.The goal is to achieve comprehensive real-time supervision of chemicals throughout their lifecycle.[Methods]A real-time chemical management system is developed using data fusion technology.This system organizes the three-party,four-dimensional,and multilevel data matrix involved in chemical management.It integrates multisource,multiform,and multilevel data flows from procurement,process management,storage cabinet monitoring,hazardous waste disposal,and regulatory management.Through series,splicing,and aggregation,multisource data are shared and integrated,thereby creating a unified dataset via feature extraction.This approach provides access to comprehensive chemical management data and supports fast calculations,real-time supervision,and intelligent notifications.[Results]By integrating data fusion technology into the chemical management system,focusing on source control,inventory limitation,intelligent supervision,and quality improvement as the path,a comprehensive framework has been established.This includes the development of software and hardware for a single body,two wings,and multiple fulcrum chemical management models.Key achievements include the creation of a cloud mall for chemical purchases and a cloud platform for the entire process management.Additionally,university-level reagent and hazardous waste storage facilities have been built,and smart chemical storage cabinets have been purchased in batches.[Conclusions]Leveraging data characteristics and full data integration,the chemical real-time management system now centers around a two-dimensional code approach as the core.This system enables real-time management system construction of scanning code opening,scanning code storage,timely weighing,and automatic accounting.Enhanced safety measures,improved management team,rigorous supervision and inspection,and upgraded facility configurations ensure comprehensive data management of chemicals from purchase to disposal.This setup allows for real-time supervision of chemical usage.
