高校分析测试中心仪器维修维护现状调查与思考

高校分析测试中心作为教学科研的重要阵地,大型高端设备的数量逐年增加,然而,高校分析测试中心大型仪器设备运行维护水平和快速增长的仪器设备存量间存在一定差距。文章通过调研国内 70 家高校分析测试中心运行维护情况,分析了高校分析测试中心在制度体系、仪器厂商服务、仪器国产替代及运维成本方面存在的问题和需求,从完善制度体系、探索第三方维护维修方案以及依托高校分析测试协会组织优势建立沟通平台几个方面提出了解决方案,以期能够推动建立对供应商服务的评价机制,提升仪器运行维护水平。
Survey and reflection on the current status of instrument/equipment operation and maintenance in university analysis and testing centers
[Objective]Large,high-end instruments and equipment are strategic resources for high-level scientific research and the cultivation of top-notch talents.In recent years,under the guidance of China's national development strategy for strengthening basic research and achieving self-reliance in high-level science and technology,universities across the country have generally increased investments in analysis and testing centers and purchased numerous high-end instruments and equipment.This has helped achieve high-level development in teaching and scientific research across colleges and universities.However,it has also resulted in greater challenges with respect to the maintenance and repair of these equipment and instruments.A high mismatch persists between the operation and maintenance level of large,high-end instruments and equipment and their rapidly growing stock in university analysis and test centers.Therefore,universities face an urgent problem in improving the operation and maintenance of these instruments and equipment at a low cost.[Methods]This study conducts a survey to clarify the current status of the operation and maintenance of instruments and equipment in the analysis and test centers of 70 universities across China.The survey contents included the purchase of maintenance services in analysis and testing centers,the service status of suppliers,and the stock and recognition degree of domestic in analysis and testing centers.This investigation aimed to analyze the current issues in the operation and maintenance of large,high-end instruments and equipment in analysis and test centers and propose operation and maintenance strategies.[Results]Through the survey,we observed that problems in the operation and maintenance of instruments in university analysis and testing centers include low maintenance-purchase rates,insufficient supplier service,and low domestic instrument possession.The main reasons for these problems are as follows:① The lack of a clear operation and maintenance system for instruments and equipment in universities.② The monopoly of instrument manufacturers from overseas.③ A lack of communication channels between university testing centers.In response to these problems,this study considers solutions and proposes corresponding measures for improvement.① Improving regulations and systems and strengthening the emphasis on equipment maintenance and repair.② Exploring various maintenance channels,supporting the development of domestic instrument suppliers and maintenance industries and ending the dependence on overseas manufacturers.③ Establishing a communication platform for university analysis and test centers,strengthening communication between them and breaking the information gaps between them.[Conclusions]The survey shed light on the problems and needs related to the operation and maintenance of instruments and equipment in university analysis and test centers.In the future,standardization and specialization of the operations and maintenance of instruments and equipment in university analysis and test centers could be further improved by establishing links between the university analysis and testing association and member units.
