摘要

为在高压注水井中应用不压井、不放喷作业技术,研制了高压注水带压作业管柱。该管柱主要由Y341注水封隔器、单流偏心配水器、多功能洗井阀、筛管和丝堵等组成。多功能洗井阀底部设有底堵,能保证在入井过程中管柱密封,地层水不会从管柱底部进入管柱;配水器上开设了偏心孔,可沟通上、下层注水通道,平衡密封段上、下压差,提高了测试仪器下井的安全性。现场应用结果表明,高压注水带压作业管柱成功实现了带压作业,提高了注水时效和水井利用率,保护了地层能量,提高了作业效率,具有良好的推广应用前景。

Abstract

For purpose of operations without well killing and open flow in high pressure injection wells, the snubbing operation string was developed?The string consist of Y341 water injection packer, single?flow eccentric water distributor, multifunctional well washing valves, screens, plugs and other components?There are plugs at the bottom of multifunctional washing valve to ensure that the formation water will not enter into the string from the bottom when the string is run in hole?The eccentric hole on the water distributor communicates the upper and lower injection channels, so as to balance the upper and lower pressures in sealing section, which ensures the safety of testing tools in hole?Field application shows that the string is successfully used for snubbing operation in high pres?sure injection wells, with higher water injection and water well utilization efficiencies, formation energy protected, and higher operation efficiency?Therefore, the string is worthy of promotion.
