摘要

针对用于机械卡堵水和分层措施的丢手封隔器存在提前丢手、密封不严以及打捞起出困难等问题,研制了一种双向坐封插入密封封隔器.该封隔器采用液压双级浮动活塞双向坐封,工作压力达50 MPa,工作温度达150℃,下入、坐封丢手、密封及锚定安全可靠;顶部的打捞解封机构采取上、下独立的脱节式设计,上、下双向解卡解封,解封彻底且解封力小.现场施工67口井,均取得成功,封隔器坐封处最大井斜达62.25°,最大井深4 507 m,位移达2 718 m,最高井温达152℃,最长工作寿命超过2 a.现场应用结果表明:该封隔器下入丢手可靠、密封效果好、工作寿命长,满足分层采油和气举等工艺生产的需求.

Abstract

In order to address the problems of premature releasing,failed sealing and difficult fishing of packer for mechanical water shut-off and staged operation,a bidirectional setting plug-in sealing packer was developed.The packer adopts hydraulic two-stage floating piston bidirectional setting,with the working pressure up to 50 MPa and the working temperature up to 150 ℃,presenting safe and reliable running in,setting,releasing,sealing and anchoring.The upper and lower independent disjoint design is adopted on the top fishing and releasing mechanism,allowing up and down bidirectional releasing with small releasing force.Applications in 67 wells were successful with the packer point maximum well inclination of 62.25°,the maximum well depth of 4 507 m,the well displacement of 2 718 m,the highest well temperature up to 152 ℃ and the longest working life over 2 years.The field application results show that the packer,with the advantages of reliable running and releasing,good sealing performance and long working life,could meet the requirements of separate layer oil production and gas lift.
