摘要

为了提升我国海洋超高温高压钻井设备的国产化水平,对海洋超高温高压钻井主要设备进行了简要介绍,分析了海洋超高温高压钻井设备的国内外技术现状,重点阐述了海洋超高温高压钻井设备的关键技术及其研发思路.分析结果表明:钻井防喷器及控制系统、井口装置、泥线悬挂装置及井下工具等为当前急需攻关突破的超高温高压钻井关键设备;我国在这些关键设备的设计、制造和试验等多方面与国外存在差距,主要体现在高强度金属材料开发、密封设计制造、控制元器件开发和系统设备海试等4 项关键技术方面.就这些关键技术提出了比较详细的研发思路,以期推动超高温高压钻井关键装备的国产化进程,增强我国海洋超高温高压油气田的勘探开发能力.

Abstract

This paper presents a brief introduction on main offshore ultra-high temperature and high-pressure well drilling equipment,and analyzes the current status,key technologies and research and development ideas of these equipment.The results show that,among the key equipment for ultra-high temperature and high-pressure well drilling,blowout preventer and control system,wellhead device,mudline suspension device and downhole tools should be improved preferentially through researches.There is a gap between China and other countries in the design,manufacturing and testing of these key equipment,mainly reflected in four key technologies:development of high-strength metal materials,design and manufacturing of seals,development of control component and sea trial of system equipment.Moreover,detailed research and development ideas were proposed for these key technolo-gies,with the aim of promoting the localization process of key equipment for ultra-high temperature and high pres-sure well drilling,and enhancing the exploration and development capabilities of offshore ultra-high temperature and high-pressure oil and gas fields in China.
