国内外PDC钻头新进展与发展趋势展望

PDC钻头近年来发展迅速.为了能够及时掌握PDC钻头的最新进展,系统梳理了国内外油气井用PDC钻头新进展,介绍了中国石油在新型钻头研发与应用方面的工作,进一步阐述了国内PDC钻头研发面临的形势与挑战,展望了油气井用PDC钻头发展新趋势.研究结果表明:在油气资源勘探向着万米深层进军的大背景下,仍然面临地层可钻性差导致钻头破岩效率低、砾石层引起钻头振动先期损坏、大尺寸井眼钻井周期长等严峻挑战,技术与材料革新型高效钻头、混合式钻头、自适应钻头等能够明显提高钻进效率延长钻头寿命;智慧钻头所能提供的丰富井下数据能够提高对于深部破岩机理、岩石物性的认知,对于进一步优化钻头结构、识别可能存在的油气储层等具有重要的意义.应积极借鉴和移植这些成果,尽早研发出适用于深部油气勘探或深地科学钻探等领域的高端耐用钻头.研究结果可为高端PDC钻头国产化、系列化工作和相关从业人员提供借鉴.
New Progress and Development Trends of PDC Bits in China and Abroad
PDC bits have developed rapidly in recent years.The new progress of PDC bits used in oil and gas wells in China and abroad was reviewed,and CNPC's efforts in the research and application of new bits were intro-duced.Furthermore,the situation and challenges for PDC bit research and development in China were elaborated,and the new trends in the development of PDC bits were forecasted.The results show that under the background of oil and gas resource exploration advancing towards a depth of tens of thousands of meters,there are still serious challenges such as low rock-breaking efficiency of bits due to poor formation drillability,early damage of bits caused its shaking by gravel layers and long drilling cycles of large-sized wellbores.Technology and material inno-vation type efficient bits,hybrid bits and adaptive bits can significantly improve drilling efficiency and bit life.The abundant downhole data provided by smart bits can enhance understanding of deep rock-breaking mechanisms and rock properties,and is of great significance for further optimizing bit structures and identifying potential oil and gas reservoirs.The results of hybrid,adaptive and intelligent bits should be actively used for reference and transplan-ted,so as to successfully develop high-end durable bits suitable for deep oil and gas exploration or deep geological scientific drilling as soon as possible.The research findings provide reference for the localization and serialization of high-end PDC bits as well as related researchers.
