低温低矿化度环境可溶桥塞开发与性能评价

在低温、低矿化度条件下的地层环境中,可溶桥塞的整体性能无法满足国内部分油田项目的实际施工需求.鉴于此,从可溶桥塞的材料选型、结构设计及计算、施工工艺研究等方面入手,成功研发出一款适用于低温、低矿化度条件下的可溶桥塞,并开展了现场试验.研究结果表明:研发的可溶桥塞能够适用于低温、低矿化度条件下的地层环境,最高耐温 150℃,承压 70 MPa,在20~70℃、Cl-质量浓度1 000~3 000 mg/L条件下,能够实现整体溶解;在油田现场压裂中,能够节省后期钻塞过程,明显提升了现场生产效率;该可溶桥塞工具实现了全可溶,明显减少了现场施工作业成本,故选择适合的可溶桥塞工具,可达到施工效果最大化.研究结论可为实现油田高效、低成本压裂施工提供技术指导.
Development and Performance Evaluation of Soluble Bridge Plug Used in Low Temperature and Low Salinity Conditions
In low temperature and low salinity formation conditions,the overall performance of soluble bridge plug cannot meet the actual operation requirements of some oilfields in China.In view of material selection,struc-tural design and calculation,and operating process,a soluble bridge plug suitable for low temperature and low sa-linity conditions was developed,and tested on site.The results show that the soluble bridge plug can be applied in low temperature and low salinity formation conditions,with a maximum temperature/pressure of 150℃/70 MPa.It can be completely dissolved under the conditions of 20℃to 70℃and Cl-mass concentration of 1 000 to 3 000 mg/L.In field fracturing,the late plug drilling process can be omitted,which significantly improves the field pro-duction efficiency.The soluble bridge plug can be fully dissolved,which significantly reduces the field operation costs,so the selection of a suitable soluble bridge plug can achieve maximum operation effect.The research find-ings provide technical guidance for achieving efficient and low-cost fracturing operation in oilfields.
