Reliability Analysis of Drawworks Drum Based on IWOA-Bidirectional LSTM Model
As an important part of rig,the drawworks drum should maintain a good and stable performance during operation,so it is necessary to analyze its reliability.With the help of the Hammersley sampling method,the SolidWorks,ANSYS and MATLAB were used to conduct sensitivity analysis on the design variables of the conven-tional 7 000 m drawworks drum on the Isight platform.Then,the Monte Carlo simulation method was used to draw samples from the input variables to build an IWOA-bidirectional LSTM model and predict the reliability of the draw-works drum.The research results show that the IWOA-bidirectional LSTM reliability prediction model has a much higher prediction accuracy than conventional reliability prediction model;by means of combination with Monte Carlo simulation method,it can estimate key parameters of the drawworks drum,such as endurance stress and fa-tigue life,thus obtaining the theoretical working stress range and service life of the drawworks drum and providing strong guarantees for the safe and stable operation and maintenance of the drawworks drum.The research results provide a new approach for the reliability analysis of drilling and production equipment.
