海上油田分层防砂分层注聚技术工艺优化
Optimization of Separate Layer Sand Control and Polymer Injection Technology in Offshore Oilfield

摘要
针对胜利油田已有的双管分层防砂分层注聚技术无法满足其海上低剪切、防堵塞、长效注聚需求的现状,对注聚筛管、环空安全阀及液控封隔器等核心工具进行了优化改进,形成了双管宽流道分层防砂分层注聚技术.优化研究结果表明:形成的注聚筛管采用倒梯形缝状结构,表面双疏涂层,自洁不堵塞,流通量提高 25%~40%;优化环空安全阀过流通道使内外管环空过流面积增加3.3 倍;优化液控封隔器结构,使胶筒肩部受力减小 12.6%,坐封活塞面积增加 0.78倍,解封后环空面积增大 1.5 倍.该技术已在海上油田成功应用 35 井次,井筒黏度保留率达93%,提高5%,平均注入压力下降1.1 MPa.该技术对油田海上、陆地化学驱区块的长效注采开发具有一定的示范指导作用.
Abstract
The existing dual pipe separate layer sand control and polymer injection technology in Shengli oil-field cannot meet its offshore low shear,anti-clogging and long-term polymer injection needs.To solve this prob-lem,the core tools such as polymer injection screen,annular safety valve and hydraulically controlled packer were optimized and improved to form a dual pipe wide flow channel separate layer sand control and polymer injection technology.The results show that the formed polymer injection screen adopts an inverted trapezoidal slot structure,with an amphiphobic coating on the surface,self-cleaning and non-clogging,and throughput increased by 25%~40%.The open channel of the annular safety valve is optimized to increase the annular open area of the inner and outer pipes by 3.3 times.The structure of the hydraulically controlled packer is optimized to reduce the force on the shoulder of the rubber barrel by 12.6%,increase the area of setting piston by 0.78 times,and increase the annular area by 1.5 times after unsetting.This technology has been successfully applied 35 times in offshore oilfields,with a wellbore viscosity retention rate of 93%,an increase of 5%,and an average injection pressure decrease of 1.1 MPa.This technology has a certain demonstration and guidance effect on the long-term injection and production de-velopment of offshore and onshore chemical flooding blocks of oilfields,and has broad application prospects.
