页岩油全电动压裂装备配置与作业技术研究

利用电动压裂装备开展水力压裂是页岩油储层开发的新技术,还处于起步发展阶段,压裂装备的配套技术还不成熟、不完善.以胜利页岩油电动压裂装备为研究点,结合压裂施工要求与装备作业能力,提出了页岩油电动压裂设备一体化配置方法.从压裂装置、输砂装置、混砂装置、自动供液系统、变频控制系统、仪表控制中心、高压管汇系统等装备方面提出了具体配置要求,在胜利油田樊页1 试验井组8 口井进行应用.应用结果表明,所形成的配套方法满足页岩油高压力、大排量、大砂比、作业时间长的压裂作业要求,能够提高整体作业效率及装备的自动化水平,实现绿色低碳开发.研究结果可为页岩油大规模电动压裂施工奠定装备基础,对后续规模化推广具有一定的借鉴意义.
Configuration and Operation Technology of Fully Electric Fracturing Equipment for Shale Oil
The use of electric fracturing equipment for hydraulic fracturing is a new technology for shale oil reservoir development,which is still in its early stage of development,and the supporting technology of the fractu-ring equipment is not yet mature.Taking the electric fracturing equipment of Shengli shale oil as the research ob-ject,combined with fracturing requirements and equipment capacities,an integrated configuration method for elec-tric fracturing equipment of shale oil was proposed.Specific configuration requirements were proposed for equip-ment such as fracturing device,sand transport device,sand blending facility,automatic fluid feed system,variable frequency control system,instrumentation control center and high-pressure manifold system,which have been ap-plied in 8 wells of Fanye 1 test unit in Shengli oilfield.The application results show that the formed supporting method meets the requirements of shale oil fracturing with high pressure,large displacement,large sand concentra-tion and long operation time,and can improve the overall operating efficiency and equipment automation level,a-chieving a green and low-carbon development.The research results lay an equipment foundation for large-scale e-lectric fracturing construction of shale oil,and have certain reference significance for subsequent large-scale popu-larization.
