集束连续管井口悬挂分流装置的研究与应用

集束连续管作为油气生产管柱,利用自身多通道独立工作的特点,可以开展两气合采生产作业,实现同一口井多储层高效开采,尤其对储层物性差异大的地层开发优势显著.针对现有常规井口大通径管柱悬挂配套复杂、适用范围受限、同时需兼顾导流及密封的问题,采用多瓣式卡瓦悬挂结构,配合专用分流组件,研制了一种基于集束连续管两气合采工艺的井口装置.该装置具备井口悬挂和分流密封功能,解决了集束连续管 2 根内管与四通阀旁通中心基准面方向不一致的难题.室内试验和现场应用结果表明:集束连续管悬挂分流装置可以完成规定的测试内容,能够实现集束连续管在井口的悬挂和分流道控制,满足现场应用的要求.研究结果可为两气合采完井提供可行性保证施工的安全性,有助于完善集束连续管两气合采工艺的应用和推广.
Research and Application of Wellhead Suspension Diversion Device for Bundling Coiled Tubing
As an oil and gas production string,the bundling coiled tubing,with a characteristic of independ-ent multichannel operation,can be used to enable two-gas commingled production,achieving efficient exploitation of multiple reservoirs in the same well,especially those with significantly different physical properties.Considering that the existing conventional wellhead large-diameter pipe string suspension system is complex in support compo-nents and limited for application,and also the need to consider both diversion and sealing,a wellhead device based on the bundling coiled tubing two-gas commingled production technology was developed by adopting a multi-lobe suspension structure and specialized diversion component.With the functions of wellhead suspension and di-version sealing,this device can solve the problem of inconsistent direction between the two inner pipes of the bund-ling coiled tubing and the reference plane of the four-way valve bypass center.The laboratory test and field applica-tion results show that the bundling coiled tubing suspension diversion device can complete the specified testing con-tent,achieve the suspension and subchannel control of the bundling coiled tubing at the wellhead,and meet the requirements of field application.This device provides feasibility for the completion of two-gas commingled produc-tion,ensures the safety of operation,and supports the application and promotion of the bundling coiled tubing two-gas commingled production technology.
