Simulation and Test of Temperature Difference Flow Sensor Based on Time Domain Integration
The research on temperature difference flow sensor is in an exploratory stage for the moment,and the relationship between sensor temperature field and flow rate is not clear,so it is helpful for further improving the resolution and stability of the sensor to carry out simulation and test of sensor.In the paper,the COMSOL simula-tion software was used to conduct simulation analysis and experimental study on the temperature field of tacho-gen-erator,explore the influence of flow rate and water holdup on the temperature field of tacho-generator,and clarify the relationship between flow rate,water holdup and time-domain integration results.The test results show that the flow rate and water holdup have a monotonically decreasing relationship with the integration results,which is con-sistent with the simulation results;moreover,when the flow rate is 0~30 m3/d and the water holdup is 0~100%,the resolution of the tacho-generator reaches 1 m3/d.The conclusions provide theoretical reference for the applica-tion of temperature difference flow rate detection method.
