钻井过程中产生大量与地层、钻头相关的工程数据,利用大数据分析技术优选钻头能用于指导钻头的选型、设计和使用,可使钻头的选用从依赖厂家和经验,转向依据科学的结构特征分析和大数据优选.通过开展PDC钻头结构特征数字化方法研究,建立基于统计数据分析的钻头结构特征推荐与选型技术,形成以数据提取与效能分析、钻头结构特征数字化,以及钻头结构特征重构选型3 项内容为核心的基本步骤和分析策略,在此基础上建立了一套PDC钻头数字化选型技术和配套软件.较常规钻头进尺与钻速对比分析选型方法,该技术重点考虑了结构特征对钻头使用效能的影响,体现了实钻工程数据对钻头选型的指导作用.应用该技术与软件开展了准噶尔盆地某区块PDC钻头选型,并进行实钻验证.应用结果表明,选用的钻头钻进中钻速和进尺显著提升,缩短了钻井周期.研究技术与成果有利于提升钻井服务技术水平,可为油气田数字化、智能化发展奠定基础.
Digital Selection Technology and Software Development of PDC Bit
A large amount of engineering data related to formation and bit is generated in the course of drill-ing.Using big data analysis technology to optimize bit can be used to guide the selection,design and use of bit,thus shifting the selection of bit from relying on manufacturers and experience to relying on scientific structural fea-ture analysis and big data optimization.In the paper,by means of conducting digital method study on the structur-al features of PDC bit,a statistical data analysis based bit structure feature recommendation and selection technolo-gy was established,forming a basic step and analysis strategy centered on data extraction and efficiency analysis,bit structure feature digitization and bit structure feature reconstruction selection.Then,a set of PDC bit digital selection technology and supporting software were established.Compared with the conventional comparative analy-sis selection method of bit footage and ROP,this technology focuses on the influence of structural feature on the operation efficiency of bit,reflecting the guiding role of real drilling engineering data in bit selection.The technol-ogy and software were used to select PDC bit for a block in the Junggar Basin,and were applied in real drilling.The application results show that the selected bit has obviously improved the ROP and footage in drilling,thus shortening the drilling cycle.The research technology and results are favorable for improving the drilling service technology level,and lay a foundation for the digital and intelligent development of oil and gas fields.
