摘要

海上低渗油气是未来我国海洋油气增储上产的主力军.为了促进其开发技术进步,加快装备国产化步伐,分析了国内外海洋压裂船的技术现状,重点总结了斯伦贝谢、哈利伯顿及贝克休斯等公司压裂船的性能和技术特点.分析结果表明:我国压裂船与国外相比,在集成度、设计水平、自动化水平、智能化水平、关键核心技术与试验平台、基础研究以及标准规范等方面还存在较大差距.阐述了未来我国海洋压裂船将向集成化、智能化、电动化及大功率化方向发展,并提出了4 条发展建议:加大首台(套)研发支持力度、加强基础研究与试验能力建设、协同攻关关键技术以及强化国际合作交流等.研究结果有助于我国海洋压裂船早日实现国产化.

Abstract

Low-permeability reservoirs will be the main contributor to offshore oil and gas production in Chi-na.In this paper,the technical status of offshore fracturing vessels in China and abroad was reviewed,and the performance and technical characteristics of Schlumberger,Halliburton,and Baker Hughes fracturing vessels were analyzed.It is found that the fracturing vessels in China are lagged behind those abroad in aspects such as integra-tion,design,automation,intelligence,key/core technologies and test platforms,basic research and standards.It is elaborated that China's fracturing vessels will develop towards integration,intelligence,electrification,and high-power.It is proposed that China should take efforts to develop the first offshore high-end fracturing vessel,strengthen the capacity building in basic research and testing,collaborate in research and development of key tech-nologies,and enhance international cooperation and exchanges.The study results will facilitate the localization of fracturing vessels in China.
