Design of G300 High-Precision Real-Time Monitoring and Alarm System for Oil Pipeline Leakage
In recent years,oil pipeline leakage accidents resulted from perforating to steal oil and corrosion perforation have occurred frequently in oilfields,resulting in serious economic losses and environmental pollution.Therefore,an on-line monitoring system for oil pipeline was studied.The G300 pipeline leakage monitoring and a-larm positioning system developed in the paper adopts adaptive filtering algorithm,modern digital signal processing technology and pattern recognition algorithm,greatly improving positioning accuracy and reducing missed and false alarm rates.The system can monitor the monitored pipeline section in real time and any kind of weather,and pro-vide alarms and location for abnormal events such as leaks that occur during pipeline operation.Combined with po-sitioning and navigation system that takes GPS as the core and precise pipeline electronic map,the system can timely and accurately locate the leakage site,minimizing pipeline leakage losses.The test results show that the minimum leakage aperture is 3 mm,the average positioning accuracy of the leakage point is less than 10 m,the leakage alarm time is less than 15 s,and there are no missed reports.The developed system provides technical support for on-line monitoring of oil pipelines of oilfields.
