Oilfield Polymer-Bearing Waste Liquid Treatment and Reuse Technology
In recent years,although research has been conducted on the recovery and reuse of polymer-bear-ing waste liquid generated from well flushing,operation and instation pipeline washing of polymer flooding reser-voirs,there is a lack of effective treatment technology for polymer colloidal block waste liquid.Based on the char-acteristics of the waste liquid in the polymer injection area,corresponding treatment technologies were studied,the formula of the waste liquid in the polymer injection area used for profile control was determined,and the profile control injection process was improved for different waste liquids,forming a profile control and reuse technology of the waste liquid in the polymer injection area.The research results show that the developed skid mounted ground separation and treatment device for polymer-bearing waste liquid can effectively separate the colloidal blocks in the waste liquid,crush them,form particulate profile control agents,and then achieve direct injection into a single well;based on the characteristics of polymer-bearing waste liquid,corresponding compound profile control agent formulas have been developed,forming a series of profile control agents,which meet the requirements for plugging high permeability reservoirs.Profile control is conducted in 21 wells,a total of 51 978 m3 of waste liquid has been treated,the tubing pressure has increased by 1.5 MPa averagely,and a total of 8 036.2 t of incremental oil has been produced.The research conclusions provide technical basis for the clean and environmentally friendly devel-opment and production of oilfields.
