佳县南区致密气小井眼优快钻井关键技术

为进一步提高佳县南区区块钻井效率、降低钻井成本,开展了小井眼二开一趟钻优快钻井技术研究.以提高佳县南区小井眼二开一趟钻比例为导向,基于佳县南区地层特征,分析了小井眼钻井难点及技术需求,在此基础上进行了井眼轨道精细设计以及钻头、钻具组合与钻井参数等方面的优化研究,优化构建了防塌承压钻井液体系及复合堵漏技术,形成了适合该区块的小井眼优快钻井关键技术,并在 75 口井进行了应用.研究结果表明:应用井二开一趟钻比例由13.4%提高至62.7%,机械钻速提高至23.4 m/h,完井周期降至 17.65 d,单井漏失量明显降低.研究结果可为小井眼优快钻井持续提速降本提供技术支撑.
Key Technologies for Optimal and Fast Drilling of Tight Gas Slim Holes in Southern Jiaxian Block
In order to further improve the drilling efficiency and reduce the drilling costs in Southern Jiaxian Block,a technology for one-trip optimal and fast drilling during second spud in of slim hole was studied.For impro-ving the one-trip proportion during second spud in of slim hole in Southern Jiaxian Block,based on the geological characteristics of the block,the difficulties and technical requirements of slim hole drilling was analyzed,the well-bore trajectory was finely designed,the bit,bottomhole assembly and drilling parameters were optimized,and the anti-sloughing pressure bearing drilling fluid system and composite lost circulation technology were built.Finally,key technologies were formed for optimal and fast drilling of slim hole in the block,and were applied in 75 wells.The study results show that the one-trip proportion during second spud in of applied wells has increased from 13.4%to 62.7%,the rate of penetration has been increased to 23.4 m/h,the completion period has been reduced to 17.65 d,and the single well leakage has been obviously reduced.The study conclusions provide technical support for continuous ROP improvement and cost reduction in optimal and fast drilling of slim holes.
