15000m顶部驱动钻井装置的研制

为满足超深层油气勘探开发对钻井装备的需求,结合北京石油机械有限公司系列顶驱的研发经验,研制了15 000 m顶驱.依据15 000 m钻机的技术参数确定了主要技术参数;根据钻井工艺要求,设计了总体结构方案;应用模块化设计、理论计算和有限元分析等方法,对关键模块进行了结构优化,分析了实时监测与维护技术、一键式协同控制技术和自动润滑技术.台架性能试验结果表明:该装置的各项性能指标均符合设计要求,启停、运行平稳,控制精准,装配合格,自动化和智能化水平高,能很好地满足15 000 m钻井工况要求,有效提升了钻井作业效率和安全性.研制结果可为超深层钻井技术与装备的进一步研究和应用提供技术借鉴.
Development of 15 000 m Top Drive System
In order to meet the demand for drilling equipment in ultra-deep oil and gas exploration and development,combined with the experience of Beijing Petroleum Machinery Co.,Ltd.in research and develop-ment of top drives,a 15 000 m top drive was developed.Its main technical parameters were determined based on the technical parameters of the 15 000 m drilling rig.Its overall structure was designed according to the require-ments of drilling technology,and the structures of key modules were optimized using the methods such as modular design,theoretical calculation and finite element analysis.Real-time monitoring and maintenance technology,one-key collaborative control technology and automatic lubrication technology were analyzed.Finally,a bench test on the performance of the top drive system was performed.The results show that all performance indicators of the system meet the design requirements.It can start,stop and operate smoothly,and control accurately.It is also characterized by qualified assembly,and high automation and intelligence levels.These features allow the system to well accommodate the 15 000 m drilling conditions,with improved drilling efficiency and safety.The develop-ment of 15 000 m top drive provides a technical reference for further research and application of ultra-deep drilling technologies and equipment.
