高效低压钻井液系统研制与应用

为了满足科威特地区 9 000 m超深井钻机的作业需求,研发了高效低压钻井液系统.该系统比同级别系统安全性高、工艺流程复杂、环境更友好,可同时满足水基钻井液、油基钻井液作业工况.首次在9 000 m超深井钻机配套的低压钻井液系统上应用节能型搅拌器、多功能螺旋输送机、双机械密封离心泵,使得低压钻井液系统更加节能、环保.该系统采用双通道工艺流程,双层钻井液罐设计罐面通道更为顺畅.厂内试验结果表明,该系统噪声低于 82 dB,设备轴承温升不高于 32℃,工艺流程正常,满足设计要求.随钻机开展了2 h的设备运转试验和 2 h的联调试验,低压钻井液系统工作稳定正常.研究成果丰富了钻机产品的多样性,可广泛应用于科威特、阿联酋、沙特等中东地区超深井作业.
Development and Application of High-Efficiency and Low-Pressure Drilling Fluid System
In order to meet the operation requirements of 9 000 m ultra-deep rig in Kuwait,a high-efficiency and low-pressure drilling fluid system was developed.The system is safer,more complex and environmental than similar systems,and can meet the operating conditions of water-based drilling fluid and oil-based drilling fluid.En-ergy-saving agitator,multifunction worm conveyer and dual mechanical seal centrifugal pump were applied to the low-pressure drilling fluid system of 9 000 m ultra-deep rig for the first time,making the system more energy saving and environmentally friendly.The system adopts a dual-channel process,making the channel on the surface of the double-layer drilling fluid tank smoother.A shop test was conducted,showing that the noise of the system is lower than 82 dB,the temperature rise of the equipment bearing is not higher than 32℃,and the process flow is normal to meet the design requirements.Finally,a 2 h operational test and a 2 h joint debugging test were conducted with the rig,showing that the low-pressure drilling fluid system worked stably and normally.The research results enrich the diversity of rig products,and the low-pressure drilling fluid system can be widely applied to ultra-deep well op-erations in Kuwait,United Arab Emirates,Saudi Arabia and other countries in the Middle East.
