油田非金属管道无损检测技术现状及发展建议

非金属管道具有良好的耐腐蚀性,在油田中应用越来越多,但其承压、抗热性能较金属管道差,且随着使用年限增长发生老化等问题会导致管道失效,因此操作简单、结果准确的检测技术对油田非金属管道的发展具有重要的意义.通过文献调研对油田用非金属管道进行梳理分类,分析了数字射线、超声、微波、红外热成像以及太赫兹检测技术等非金属管道检测技术的原理、技术特点、适用范围以及研究现状;简要介绍了目前国内油田在用非金属管线埋深和路由检测技术原理,同时调研了国外最新非金属管道检测技术的原理、适应性及应用情况,并对国内非金属管道无损检测标准现状进行对比分析;最后提出了目前油田用非金属管道无损检测技术存在的问题以及发展建议.研究结果可为我国管道运输系统发展提供指导.
Current Status and Development Suggestions of Non-Destructive Testing Technology for Non-Metallic Pipelines in Oilfields
Non-metallic pipelines have good corrosion resistance and are increasingly used in oilfields.How-ever,they have lower pressure and heat resistance than metallic pipelines,and may be failed due to aging and other problems occurring with the service life.Therefore,the simple and accurate testing technologies are of great signifi-cance for the development of non-metallic pipelines in oilfields.Through literature review,the non-metallic pipe-lines used in oilfields were sorted out and classified.The principles,features,applications and research status of non-metallic pipeline testing technologies such as digital radiography,ultrasonic,microwave,infrared thermal ima-ging,and terahertz were analyzed.The principles of burial depth and route testing technologies for non-metallic pipelines currently used in oilfields in China were briefly introduced.Meanwhile,the principles,adaptability and application of the latest non-metallic pipeline testing technologies abroad were investigated.The current status of non-destructive testing standards for non-metallic pipelines in China was compared and analyzed.Finally,the prob-lems and development suggestions of non-destructive testing technologies for non-metallic pipelines in oilfields were proposed.The research results provide guidance for the development of pipeline transportation system in China.
