大球盖菇交配系统的研究

摘要
从大球盖菇(Stropharia rugoso-annulata)子实体上收集并分离单孢,鉴别是否获得孢子单核菌丝体.选用60株孢子单核体经过三轮两两交配反应后,单核体按交配型被分为四组,分别有6、14、21和19个菌株.试验结果表明,大球盖菇的交配型受双因子控制,属于四极性交配系统.
Abstract
Stropharia rugoso-annulata basidiospores were collected from fruit bodies and single spore clones were isolated. Sixty monokaryon strains were confirmed by the presence of clamp connections and separated by three-cycle spore-crossing tests into four groups containing 6, 14, 21 and 19 strains, respectively. Data indicated that S. rugoso-annulata has a tetrapolar mating system under the control of two genetic factors.
