Domestication and Cultivation of Oudemansiella submucida
A strain of Oudemansiella submucida collected from the wild in Hunan Province has been domesticated. Primordia appeared between 40-50 d following substrate inoculation under optimal cultivation conditions of 23 ℃ and 75%-95% relative humidity. The first flush of fruit bodies was harvested after 50-55 d with a biological efficiency of 96.1%, and a second flush was harvested 6-8 d later with a biological efficiency of 49%.
