Comparative Analysis of Uracil, Uridine, Adenine and Guanosine Levels in the Fruit Bodies of Different Ganoderma lucidum Strains
An HPLC-based method for the accurate determination of uracil, uridine, adenine and guanosine in aqueous extracts of fruit bodies of different Ganoderma lucidum strains is described. Optimal separation of the four components was achieved by loading samples on to a Dikma C18 (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) column and eluting with methanol-phosphate buffer (10 mmol/mL, pH 4.4) using gradient elution at 25 ℃ with a flow rate of 1 mL/min. Data revealed significant differences in analyte concentrations among the test G. lucidum strains.
