Effects of Cultivation Bag Placement Mode on Bag Temperature Stability and Yield of Auricularia heimuer
The optimal placement mode for Auricularia heimuer mushroom cultivation bags to grow in a shaded greenhouse was explored.Three placement modes,"一"shape placement without moving(Ⅰ),"一"shape placement with moving the top bags to the bottom 15 d after inoculation(Ⅱ),and"#"shape placement without moving(Ⅲ),were measured for bag temperature at different positions(top, middle, and bottom)and A.heimuer yield. The growth rate and activities of laccase and dehydrogenase of A.heimuer hyphae cultivated at 20 ℃,25 ℃,30 ℃,35 ℃,40 ℃ in Petri dish were also measured. The results show that the average daily minimum temperatures of the middle and bottom bags of Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 30 ℃,28-31 ℃ and 24 ℃,respectively. The bag temperature stability from high to low was Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ.The average yield per bag from high to low was Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ.Mycelial growth rate and enzyme activities were higher at 30 ℃ and 35 ℃ than at other temperatures. The placement mode I was beneficial for maintaining temperature stability of cultivation bags, resulting in high mycelial vitality and high yield of A.heimuer.
