中国食用菌产品出口东盟竞争力和贸易潜力分析

基于联合国商品贸易统计数据库(United Nations Comtrade Database,UN Comtrade)和中华人民共和国海关总署海关统计数据在线查询平台,筛选和分类汇总新鲜或冷藏类、暂时保藏(盐水)类、干品类、罐头类食用菌产品2002-2021年对东盟的出口数量和出口额,以及2022年出口额,分析出口产品结构和出口主要东盟国家及其相应产品结构;采用显示性比较优势指数(revealed comparative advantage index,RCA)、贸易结合度指数(trade integration index,T)以及贸易互补性指数(trade complementarity index,TCI)分析中国食用菌产品出口东盟的竞争力和贸易潜力.结果表明:2021年中国食用菌产品对东盟形成了以越南、马来西亚和泰国为主的出口格局,2019-2021年出口形势不佳;四大类食用菌产品出口东盟比例变化较大;中国食用菌产品出口东盟具有极强竞争力,其中干品类竞争力最强,罐头类其次,新鲜或冷藏类较弱;中国食用菌产品出口越南、马来西亚和泰国具有较大贸易潜力,但2013-2022年呈下降趋势;中国干品类食用菌产品对泰国具有较大出口贸易潜力,新鲜或冷藏类和罐头类对越南和印度尼西亚具有较大出口贸易潜力.据此提出开展食用菌新型经营主体提升行动,建立健全食用菌产品出口预警机制;优化食用菌出口产品结构,巩固中国食用菌产品的出口竞争力;因地制宜发挥出口比较优势,充分挖掘食用菌产品出口贸易潜力;深化与东盟食用菌产品贸易国际合作,开拓在东盟的贸易市场;建立健全食用菌产品生产标准体系,提出巩固食用菌产品出口优势地位的建议.
Competitiveness Evaluation and Trade Potential Analysis of China's Edible Mushroom Products Exported to ASEAN Countries
Based on the United Nations Comtrade Database(UN Comtrade)and the online query platform for customs statistical data of the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China,China's export data of four major categories of edible mushroom products,including fresh or refrigerated,temporarily preserved(salted water),dried products and canned products,to ASEAN countries from 2002 to 2021 and the export amount of 2022 were collected for descriptive statistical analysis,product variety structure analysis,and country analysis.Revealed comparative advantage index(RCA),trade integration index(T)and trade complementarity index(TCI)were used to analyze the competitiveness and trade potential of China's edible mushroom products exported to ASEAN countries.The results showed that by 2021,the exportation of China's edible mushrooms to ASEAN countries has formed a dominant pattern with Vietnam,Malaysia,and Thailand.However,the exports from 2019 to 2021 was unfavorable.The proportions of four major categories of edible mushroom products exported to ASEAN countries fluctuated greatly from 2002 to 2021.China's edible mushroom products are highly competitive in ASEAN countries,with dry products being the most competitive,canned products being the second,and fresh or refrigerated products being relatively weak.Despite a downward trend from 2013 to 2022,China's edible mushroom products still have great export trade potential to Vietnam,Malaysia and Thailand.Specifically,dried edible mushroom products have substantial export trade potential to Thailand,while fresh or chilled products and canned edible mushrooms have significant export trade potential to Vietnam and Indonesia.Based on these findings,we propose to enhance new business entities in edible mushroom sector,establish an export warning mechanism for edible mushroom products,optimize the product structure of edible mushrooms to consolidate China's competitiveness on the global market,leverage regional advantages to fully tap into the export trade potential of edible mushroom products,deepen international cooperation with ASEAN in edible mushroom products so as to expand trade market in ASEAN countries,and improve production standards for edible mushroom products to consolidate an advantageous position in edible mushroom exportation.
