Phosphorylation of Sparassis latifolia Polysaccharides and Their Antioxidant and Hypoglycemic Activities In vitro
Sparassis latifolia polysaccharides(SLPs)were modified by phosphorylation, and then characterized for structure, and analyzed for antioxidant and hypoglycemic activities in vitro. The results showed that compared with SLPs,phosphorylated SLPs(P-SLPs)had a higher mass fraction of phosphate ions, which was(8.02±0.48)%.Under the same mass concentration,P-SLPs showed higher abilities on scavenging DPPH radicals, superoxide anion radicals, hydroxyl radicals, and H2O2 than SLPs.The inhibitory activities of P-SLPs on a-amylase and a-glucosidase were also significantly promoted compared with SLPs.The research results provided a reference for further development and application of SLPs.
