摘要
野生红托竹荪(Phallus rubrovolvatus)子实体采集自云南省嵩明县,组织分离获得菌株ZJZS001～ZJZS011,经初筛、复筛,选择菌株ZJZS001进行中试实验和示范栽培.结果表明:菌株ZJZS001最早原基出现时间、采收时间分别为(26.20±1.23)、(96.50±2.72)d,比'黔丰1号'(对照)减少9.00、5.60 d;菌柄直径为(3.00±0.29)cm,比对照增加0.51 cm;菌柄、菌裙长度分别为(18.21±0.88)、(11.27±0.88)cm,比对照增加3.71、1.97 cm;单菇重为(26.30±2.48)g,比对照增加8.00 g;产量为(2.35±1.46)kg·m-2,比对照增加0.18 kg·m-2.2023年10月16日,菌株ZJZS001通过云南省非主要农作物品种鉴定,定名为'中菌竹荪1号'.
Abstract
Wild fruiting bodies were collected in Songming County,Yunnan Province,and then subjected to tissue isolation to yield strains ZJZS001-ZJZS011.These strains were then screened for two rounds,and eventually ZJZS001 was selected for pilot and demonstration cultivation.The results showed that the primordium emergence time and harvest time of ZJZS001 were(26.2±1.23)d and(96.5±2.72)d,respectively,which were 9 d and 5.6 d less than those of the control cultivar'Qianfeng 1',respectively.The stipe length and indusium length of ZJZS001 were(18.21±0.88)and(11.20±0.88)cm,respectively,which were 3.71 cm and 1.97 cm longer than those of the control,respectively.The stipe diameter of ZJZS001 was(3.00±0.29)cm,which was 0.51 cm greater than that of the control.The single mushroom weight and yield of ZJZS001 were(26.3±2.48)g and(2.35±1.46)kg·m-2,respectively,which were 8.0 g and 0.18 kg·mn-2 greater than those of the control,respectively.On Oct 16,2023,ZJZS001 passed the identification of non-major crop varieties in Yunnan Province,and was named'Zhongjunzhusun 1'.
