The ideological and political education function of loving the party and the country,work arduously and green development contained in the spirit of Saihanba was expounded.The value and significance in integrating into the ideological and political education of college students were analyzed,and the integration path of the four-dimensional system with knowledge,affection,intention and behavior was proposed,so as to improve the effectiveness of college students'ideological and political education.It was pointed out that the integration of the spirit of Saihanba into the ideological and political education of college students could conducive to further practicing the core values of socialism,guiding the all-round development of college students,and promoting the harmonious coexistence of man and nature.
