Based on the basic connotation of rural customs and civilization,the characteristics of rural customs and civilization in the new era were pointed out,and the important value of rural civilization to realize rural revitalization was expounded.The paths of comprehensively building civilized rural customs were put forward from the aspects of strengthening the core leading role of grassroots party organizations,strengthening the foundation and guarantee of the construction of rural customs and civilization,adhering to the education of villagers'autonomy and moral rule of law,stimulating the vitality of rural excellent cultural development,and promoting the change of rural customs according to local conditions.
