Using the spatial econometric model,the spatial effect of green finance on the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry was empirically analyzed.The results showed that there was a significant spatial positive correlation between the development level of green finance and the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry;green finance not only could significantly promote the transformation and upgrading of local manufacturing,but also produce positive spatial spillover effects on neighboring provinces and cities,and the conclusion was still valid after passing the robustness test.Relevant policy recommendations were put forward:accelerating the establishment of a unified green financial system,innovating and broadening the variety of financial products;improving incentive mechanisms and promoting the coordinated development of green finance and manufacturing;establishing inter regional green finance cooperation mechanisms and promoting the coordinated development of regional cooperation in green finance.
