摘要

考虑数据的客观性、科学性、全面性和可获得性,选择35个煤炭资源枯竭型城市作为研究对象,在构建煤炭资源枯竭型城市绿色转型效率评价指标体系和选择影响因素指标的基础上,收集2011-2019年35个城市的相关数据,利用SBM与Tobit面板模型,对煤炭资源枯竭型城市的绿色转型效率进行评价,并分析影响绿色转型效率的主要因素.研究结论表明:我国煤炭资源枯竭型城市的绿色转型效率整体水平比较低;只有铜川市的绿色转型效率达到最优水平,其他城市均存在效率损失;科学技术支出对煤炭资源枯竭型城市的绿色转型效率影响最大;经济发展水平对绿色转型效率有正向影响,而经济开放水平对绿色转型效率有负向影响.

Abstract

Considering the principles that objectivity,scientific nature,comprehensiveness and availability of data,35 coal resource-exhausted cities were chosen as the research objects.Based on the construction of evaluation index system of green transformation efficiency and the selection of influencing factors,the relevant data of 35 cities from 2011 to 2019 were collected.The green transformation efficiencies of coal resource-exhausted cities were evaluated by using SBM model,and the influencing factors of green transformation efficiencies were analyzed by Tobit model.The results showed that:the overall level of green transformation efficiency of coal resource-exhausted cities was low;only Tongchuan's green transformation efficiency reached the optimal level,while other cities suffered from efficiency loss;the expenditure on science and technology had the greatest impact on the green transformation efficiency of coal resource-exhausted cities;the level of economic development had a positive impact on the green transformation efficiency,while the level of economic openness had a negative impact on the green transformation efficiency.
