Construction and Implementation of Evaluation Index System for Labor Education in Colleges and Universities:Empirical Research Based on CIPP Model
Based on the CIPP model,an evaluation index system of labor education in colleges and universities was constructed,which included 4 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators and 25 third-level indicators.The implementation effect of labor education in University A in Anhui Province was empirically analyzed by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,analytic hierarchy process method and entropy weight method on this evaluation index system.The results showed that the overall effect of labor education at A University in Anhui Province was good,but it was relatively weak in terms of background and investment.It was believed that universities should focus on the overall goal of improving students'labor literacy in subsequent labor education,establish a composite and efficient teaching team,promote the collaborative education of"labor innovation integration",and continuously improve the effectiveness of labor education.
