摘要

从阐释新文科的内涵与特征人手,分析了新文科背景下公共管理学科人才培养的要求,探讨了公共管理学科人才培养体系的构成要素与建设内容.认为公共管理学科人才培养体系的建设,应构建"三全"育人思想政治工作体系,健全教师、教学内容与教学方式相匹配的教学体系,优化思想政治理论课、通识课和专业课构成的课程体系,搭建校内校外相结合的实践培养体系,建立对学生多维度的综合考核评价体系,从而在全球化、信息化时代全面提升我国公共管理学科人才培养的质量.

Abstract

Starting from the connotation and features of the new liberal arts,the requirements for talent cultivation in public administration under the background of the new liberal arts were analyzed,and the constituent elements and construction content of the talent training system of public administration discipline were discussed.It was argued that the construction of the talent cultivation system in public administration should adhere to the"three comprehensives"ideology,establish a sound political work system,and match the teaching system with teachers,teaching content,and teaching methods;the curriculum system composed of political theory courses,general education courses,and professional courses should be optimized.It also recommended building a practice-oriented training system that combines on-campus and off-campus experiences,and establishing a comprehensive assessment system that evaluates students from multiple dimensions.Ultimately,these efforts aimed to comprehensively enhance the quality of talent cultivation in the field of public administration in China in the era of globalization and informatization.
