Starting from the meaning of craftsman spirit,the connotation of craftsman spirit of academic journal editors was explained;the significance of craftsmanship spirit in the editorial work of journals was discussed;and the practical paths of integrating the spirit of craftsmanship into the career development of editors were proposed.It was believed that by improving the guarantee mechanisms for the career development of journal editors and enhancing their comprehensive capabilities,the cultivation of the craftsmanship spirit among editors could be achieved,and the potential of editors could be unleash,so as to improve the effectiveness of journal editing and publishing and promote the high-quality development of journals.
