摘要
基于大数据时代背景,分析了大数据的内涵及特点;从模式优化、智慧学工、智慧科研三个层面阐述了大数据技术对高校教育管理质量提升的积极影响;从教育管理的思想理念、管理原则、管理制度、评价体系、师资队伍、信息开放与共享六个方面探索了高校教育管理工作优化的策略,以期为推进大数据时代的教育管理模式创新提供有益参考.
Abstract
Based on the background of the era of big data,the connotation and characteristics of big data were analyzed,the positive impact of big data technology on the improvement of the quality of education management in colleges and universities was expounded from the three levels of teaching trend,smart learning and engineering,and smart scientific research;and the optimization strategies of education management in colleges and universities were explored from six aspects:the ideological concept,management principle,management system,evaluation system,teaching staff,and information openness and sharing of education management,in order to provide a useful reference for promoting the innovation of education management mode in the era of big data.
