Reform of Two-Level Teaching Management in Universities Based on System Theory
The importance of the implementation of two-level teaching management in colleges and universities was discussed,and the current situation of two-level teaching management reform was analyzed.Based on the system theory,taking the characteristics of the teaching management system as the starting point,the guiding significance of the basic principles,rules and methods of the system in the construction of the two-level teaching management system and mechanism of colleges and universities were discussed,and the"seven-in-one"two-level systematic teaching management model of schools and colleges was constructed from the dual levels of theory and practice.It was believed that this model could highlight the main value of people,effectively improve the efficiency of teaching management,and promote the modernization of school governance system and governance ability.
