Realization Path of Urban-Rural Integration Development Under Strategy of Rural Revitalization
The logical relationship between rural revitalization and urban-rural integration development was expounded.From the five dimensions of industrial revitalization,talent revitalization,cultural revitalization,ecological livability and organizational revitalization of the rural revitalization strategy,the constraints of urban-rural integration development was analyzed due to the insufficient preparation of rural industrial data elements,the lack of rural governance talents,the difficulty of highlighting the personality of rural culture,the imbalance of public service allocation,and the weakening of the organizational strength of rural grassroots party organizations.In order to realize the integrated development of urban and rural industries,talents,culture,ecology and organizations,practical approaches were proposed such as promoting the agglomeration of rural industrial elements,optimizing the environment for talent development,deepening the recognition of urban and rural cultural values,participating in the construction of basic public services,and improving the organizational strength of rural grassroots party organizations.
