Countermeasures for Development of Scientific and Technological Talents in Colleges and Universities Under Background of Talent Powerful Nation Strategy
Based on the talent powerful nation strategy,the necessity of developing scientific and technological talents was explained.Through the investigation of the development status of scientific and technological talents in Shenyang,how to effectively introduce,incubate and manage talents was analyzed.Combined with the reserve of scientific and technological talent resources in colleges and universities in Shenyang,the main role of talents was discussed.With the goal of fully introducing and utilizing scientific and technological talent resources,the implementation strategy of improving the development of scientific and technological talents in colleges and universities and the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of scientific and technological talents were put forward.
