摘要
通过分析地方高校国际化人才培养的必要性,提出了在新工科背景下提升人才培养质量与国际竞争力的对策.从更新教育理念,构建人才培养体系,强化课程建设,加强校企合作,扩大对外开放,加强师资队伍建设,推进资源建设,提高管理效能等方面给出了具体的措施.最后通过应用实践检验了教师的国际化教育教学能力,学生的创新实践能力、跨文化交流能力均得到有效提升.
Abstract
By analyzing the necessity of international talent training in local universities,the countermeasures to improve the quality and international competitiveness of talent training in the context of emerging engineering education were proposed.Specific measures were proposed to update the educational concept,build a talent training system,strengthen curriculum construction,strengthen school-enterprise cooperation,expand opening to the outside world,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,promote resource construction,and improve management efficiency.Finally,the international education and teaching abilities of teachers were tested through practical applications,and the innovative and cross-cultural communication abilities of students were effectively improved.
