摘要
为提升大学生甄别短视频就业信息的能力,从短视频的传播方式和大学生的认知需求着手,阐述了短视频在大学生的就业薪资与待遇期望、就业行业和城市选择、职场现象和职场文化认知等方面产生的影响.分析了大学生就业观受短视频影响的原因.提出了高校要从加强思想教育、完善就业信息和搭建就业平台几个方面积极引导大学生的就业认知与就业选择.
Abstract
In order to improve the ability of college students to distinguish the employment information of short video,the influences of short video on college students'employment salary and treatment expectation,employment industry and city choice,workplace phenomenon and workplace culture cognition from the transmission mode of short video and the cognitive needs of college students were expounded.The reasons why college students'employment outlook is affected by short videos were analyzed.It was proposed that colleges and universities should actively guide college students'employment cognition and employment choice from several aspects,such as,strengthening ideological education,improving employment information and building employment platforms.
